Return of Products

Returns are accepted only if the products you wish to return have not been tampered with, their packaging remains intact, the seal is unbroken, and there are no signs of damage due to use. In all other cases, and for reasons of hygiene and customer protection, we do not accept exchanges.

If you wish to return products purchased from our store, you must notify us in writing at info@oiloherb.com within 14 days, mentioning the date, purchase receipt number, and the reason for the return.

The withdrawal period begins from the moment the consumer receives the product, and the cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.

Assuming you receive written approval for the return from our store, we will provide you with the address to which you should send the products for return.

Depending on the method of return and the payment method you selected during your order, your funds will be refunded within 14 days from the date we receive the products. Refunds can be made by crediting your account, as specified to our store.

Order cancellation
You can cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it. You can do this from checkout by pressing "Cancel Order". After that, you should contact the store directly (info@oiloherb.com, +306909994040, +306977171488) for further assistance.
In the event that you have already proceeded to pay for your order and your order has not been given to the transport company, then we will immediately refund you the corresponding monetary value - minus any bank charges that will arise -, in the same way that you carried out the transaction your (credit card, bank account deposit, etc.).
In the event that your order has been given to the transport company, then the refund of the monetary value of the canceled order - less any bank and/or transport costs incurred - will be made in the same way as you made your transaction (credit card, deposit to a bank account, etc.), once the products are returned to our company.
