Shipping policy

Oiloherb delivers your order to any location you desire (e.g., home, workplace) within and outside Europe, and your products will be sent to the address you have specified in the order form via registered mail.

Shipments are processed on weekdays, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Your package will arrive within 3 to 5 business days at the address you have provided, and you will be notified via email. Orders entered into our system by 4:00 PM are executed the following day, from which you can calculate the aforementioned delivery times. In case of delays due to force majeure, we will notify you either by phone or in writing via email.

Please note that cash on delivery payment is not available. When filling out the destination in your order form, the shipping cost is automatically calculated and displayed as part of the total amount to be paid.
