Product Returns
Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return have not been tampered with, have not had their packaging broken, have not had their tape unsealed, and do not show signs of wear due to use.
In any other case and for reasons of hygiene and protection of our customers, we do not accept exchanges.
If you wish to return the products you purchased from our store, you must notify us in writing at info@oiloherb.com.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means that within 30 days of receiving your product, you can request its return.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with the tags attached and in its original packaging. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong product, so that we can assess the issue and correct it.

Exclusions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishables (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), customized items (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about this specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

14-Day European Union Waiting Period
However, if the item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving any reason. As above, your product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item and will let you know whether your refund has been approved. Your refund will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days if approved. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since we approved the product you are returning, please contact us at info@oiloherb.com.

Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it. To do this, go to the checkout and click "Cancel Order." After that, you should contact the store directly (info@oiloherb.com, +306909994040, +306977171488) for further assistance.
In the event that you have already paid for your order and your order has not been given to the shipping company, then we will immediately refund the corresponding monetary value -minus any bank charges that may arise-, in the same way you made your transaction (credit card, bank deposit, etc.).
In the event that your order has been given to the shipping company, then the refund of the monetary value of the canceled order - minus any bank and/or shipping costs that may arise - will be made in the same way that you made your transaction (credit card, bank account deposit, etc.), once the products are returned to our company.
