Shipping policy

Oiloherb delivers your order to any location you wish. Shipments are made daily except Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

The packages sent to Greece, Bulgaria, and Cyprus will arrive in 3 to 5 business days at the address you have indicated, and you will be notified via email.

The packages sent to European countries will arrive in 6 to 8 business days at your indicated address, and you will be notified via email.

The packages sent to American countries will arrive in 8 to 14 business days at the address you have indicated and you will be notified via email.

In case of delay due to force majeure, we will inform you either by phone or in writing via email.

There is no possibility of payment by cash on delivery.

When filling in the destination on the order form, the shipping cost is automatically calculated and displayed to you in detail as part of the total cost you must pay.
