Centella

Centella (Centella asiatica), is a small, herbaceous, perennial plant of the Apiaceae family, native to the tropical regions of Africa, Asia, Australia and the islands of the western Pacific Ocean. Its leaves are consumed as a culinary vegetable and used in traditional medicine.

It is considered to have calming and anxiolytic properties and to have a calming effect on the central nervous system, while having positive effects on improving memory and concentration. Drowsiness may occur after consuming it and should not be taken by people with liver problems.
