Arnica essential oil is not suitable for aromatherapy as it is too strong and can prove toxic. However, its dissolved form in base oil is recommended for the treatment of a series of ailments. It is particularly effective in combating joint and muscle pain. It is mainly used for the relief of exudations and hematomas, as when applied directly it significantly reduces the formation of bruises. In addition, it acts against sprains and swelling due to contusion, as well as against the pain of osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and neuralgia. Homeopathic experts recommend the use of arnica after childbirth, in surgeries and after accidents. At the same time, arnica essential oil is an extremely nourishing and regenerating oil for the skin, as it contributes to the prevention of wrinkles by giving elasticity and radiance to the skin.

Caution! The product needs additional dilution in oil or cream, as the 20% solution is considered too strong. For external use only. Not suitable for inhalation.

"Arnica, scientific name Arnica montana is a perennial plant, 15 - 60 cm tall, with beautiful flowers, the petals of which are yellow with an orange rim, native to Europe - from the Iberian Peninsula to the southern part of Scandinavia - as and Siberia and the Carpathians, which grows at an altitude of 1000m and has a strong and pleasant aroma. Its name comes from the ancient Greek word 'arnakis', meaning lamb skin, due to the texture of the sepals covered with soft hairs that surround the flower."
