Fennel essential oil

Fennel essential oil has an earthy, slightly spicy, peppery aroma, with hints of anise and mint. It is used in aromatherapy to relieve stomachaches, as it stimulates digestion and opens the appetite.

When massaged, it relieves muscle and rheumatic pains, while when applied to the hypogastric area, it regulates menstruation and menopausal symptoms.

It is an excellent detoxifier and finds application in lymphatic drainage massage to treat cellulite. In addition, it is highly anti-toxic and helps the body in situations of intoxication and severe headache.

On a psychological level, it promotes balance and stability and protects against mental disorders. It combines excellently with Rosemary, Lavender, Peppermint, Sage and Sandalwood.
