Goat Head

Goat Head (Tribulus terrestris) is an annual plant of the Zygophyllaceae family, native to warm temperate and tropical regions in southern Eurasia and Africa and widely distributed throughout the world.

A well-known healing herb in traditional Asian medicine, it is used to treat sexual dysfunctions such as impotence and low libido. It is thought to increase hormone levels, such as testosterone, and improve sperm motility, enhancing sexual function. By increasing testosterone, it also contributes to increasing muscle mass.

Goat Head is also used in Indian Ayurvedic medicine as a tonic, as well as in the treatment of various skin and urinary disorders.
