Palm Oil is derived from the dried fruit of the Elaeis Guineensis plant, native to West and Southwest Africa where it is extensively cultivated for commercial purposes.

It is a rich source of vitamin E, which is known for its moisturizing properties and helps nourish the skin, leaving it soft and supple. It has antioxidant properties, which help protect the skin from damage caused by free radicals. It restores moisture to dry skin and effectively nourishes areas affected by eczema, psoriasis and stretch marks.

Palm Oil also contains 44% palmitic acid, a saturated fat that clogs pores and is not recommended for problematic skin with a tendency to acne.
