Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate

Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate, comes from coconut oil and works as a surfactant in soaps and skin and hair cleaning products. It provides a rich foam and leaves the skin fresh, soft and well-groomed.

Because of its mild action, it is often used in toothpastes and cleaning products for babies. In the preparation of homemade cosmetics it is used in a percentage of 3-20%.

It complies with the specifications of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA / 29 CFR 1910.1200) and dissolves in hot water.
