St Johh Wort Organic Oil

St Johh Wort oil or Hypericum oil (Hypericum Perforatum) has been known since ancient times as the oil used by Spartan soldiers to heal their wounds. It contains vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, D, proteins and trace elements. When used in massage it relieves muscle pains, cramps, grips, colds, sciatica and sprains by relaxing the joints, while at the same time it soothes the nervous system, banishes fatigue and headaches. It is also considered ideal for the treatment of sunburns, as well as first degree burns, while it is used in many cosmetic formulations and ointments for inflammation, ulcers and hemorrhoids.

For the preparation of the oil that we offer you, hypericum flowers (autophyte) were used in a complete flowering stage by soaking them in extra virgin, superior quality organic olive oil. The cold-pressed oil was exposed to a sunlight environment (for 6 weeks) in order to mature in a completely natural way and acquire a crimson color.
