Anxiety Blend can be used at home in a combustion device to bring family calm or in the office when there are deadlines and intense work rhythms. That is, in all cases where it is necessary to reduce the pace and restore calmness and self-control.
The mixture bases its action on 4 essential oils: Lavender, which is considered to combat tension and sadness, Bergamot, which combats nervousness and anxiety, Verbena officinalis, which is known to affect the central nervous system, combating depression and stress and Frankincense which contributes to achieving inner peace and relaxes the mind.
To use Anxiety Blend simply add 3-4 drops to your aroma diffuser or 1-2 drops to your aromatherapy pendant.
Each 10ml bottle contains approximately 200 drops.
