Bergamot essential oil

Bergamot essential oil has a cool and sweet aroma, with mild notes of lemon. It is used in aromatherapy to treat depression, insomnia, hysteria and anorexia. During the massage, it soothes muscle pains, bruises and injuries by improving blood circulation.

When used on the skin, it is particularly beneficial for oily and acne-prone skin, while its antiseptic properties make it particularly useful for ulcers, eczema, herpes, psoriasis, cuts and injuries.

On a psychological level, it offers calmness and balance in emotional transitions and disturbances. It combines well with Lavender, Geranium, Orange, Cedar, Lemon, Sandalwood, Patchouli, etc.
