Cardamom Essential Oil

Cardamom essential oil has a sweet and spicy aroma with an oriental character. In aromatherapy and massage it is used to relieve digestive disorders, indigestion, nausea, abdominal bloating and colic. It enhances digestion and is diuretic and particularly detoxifying for the body.

It is often an ingredient in products to combat bad breath, anorexia, physical exhaustion and headaches. It is generally considered anxiolytic and is recommended in cases of persistent cough and bronchitis.
