Cinnamon essential oil is produced from the bark of the plant and has a warm and spicy aroma that stimulates the senses. It is used for respiratory infections, digestive problems, viruses, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, ulcers, inflammation, poor blood circulation, rheumatism and warts. At the same time, Cinnamon essential oil has been attributed significant anti-inflammatory properties, while it has a strong anti-rheumatic effect as it benefits blood circulation. It equally effectively treats cases of colds and general weakening of the body.

On the skin, the action of cinnamon essential oil is antioxidant, as a result of which it delays the aging process in the tissues, while at the same time as a circulatory stimulant, it has a positive effect on the prevention and reduction of cellulite. In addition, the strong antimicrobial action of its ingredients has the ability to prevent the growth of unwanted bacteria, fungi, etc.

Cinnamomum Zeylanicum is a small evergreen tree in the Lauraceae family native to Sri Lanka, which still produces 80–90% of the world's supply. The inner bark of the tree is historically regarded as the spice cinnamon. It is also cultivated on a commercial scale in the Seychelles, Madagascar and Tanzania.
