Cold and Flu Blend

The active ingredients of the Cold and Flu Blend, help to deal with respiratory symptoms and headaches, but also to deal with certain infections faster.
The mixture bases its action on 4 essential oils:
Eucalyptus, which is considered effective for relieving respiratory congestion, for treating coughs, fevers and migraines,
Peppermint, which is considered suitable for respiratory infections (dry cough, bronchitis , asthma) and headaches,
Oregano which is considered suitable for respiratory problems and has a strong antibacterial and antifungal effect and
Lemon which is considered to have a positive effect on coughs, throat infections and fever.
To use Cold and Flu Blend simply add 3-4 drops to the aroma diffuser or 1-2 drops to the aromatherapy locket. You can also make a body oil using almond oil as a base. The ratio of Cold and Flu Blend to almond oil should be 2.0%, i.e. 40 drops of the mixture in 100 ml of almond oil.
You can use the oil for a relaxing body massage or apply a small amount to your wrists and temples before bed.
Each 10 ml bottle contains approximately 200 drops.
