Honeysuckle 5% in Grape Oil

Honeysuckle essential oil is an intensely sweet, rich and intoxicating fragrance with light notes of jasmine and vanilla. It is used in aromatherapy for its calming and relaxing properties and is recommended mainly for insomnia, anxiety and nervous tension problems. In massage, it serves to relieve muscle tension, while due to the relaxation it causes, it contributes positively to the reduction of blood pressure. On a psychological level, it gives a sense of familiarity and relaxation, stimulating intuition and imagination. It is considered valuable in pharmacopoeia, as it is used as a diuretic and as a sedative in cases of stomach disorders.

Honeysuckle (Lonicera caprifolium) of the Caprifoliaceae family, is an evergreen shrub that grows in scrubland and barren calcareous places throughout Greece. Its flowers have a yellow-white color, a pleasant smell and are used in perfumery and pharmacopoeia.
