Meditation

The blend of essential oils for Meditation (Meditation Blend) is particularly useful for those involved in yoga, martial arts, professional sports, techniques such as the silva method, holistic therapies, stress management techniques, etc., as it contributes to the process clearing the mind and intensifies self-concentration. It bases its action on 4 essential oils: Patchouli which is considered to contribute to meditation as it elevates the spirit and strengthens insight, Cinnamon which is considered to promote mental upliftment, Frankincense which contributes to entering a state of meditation and Myrrh which is considered a powerful oil of self-concentration, relaxation and clarity of visions (clairvoyance).

To use Meditation Blend simply add 3-4 drops to your aroma diffuser or 1-2 drops to your aromatherapy pendant. Each 10ml bottle contains approximately 200 drops.
