Sage essential oil is considered ideal for regulating hormone balance, as it helps reduce hot flashes, night sweats, and irritability. In addition, it seems to successfully treat muscle pain, back pain, neck stiffness, cramps and dysmenorrhea, while also contributing significantly to the relief of migraines and headaches.

Its inhalation has a mucolytic and anti-catarrhal effect, and is therefore recommended in cases of flu and colds, while according to research by British scientists it is considered excellent for enhancing memory and concentration.

Due to its astringent, balancing and anti-wrinkle action, it is often used as an ingredient in face creams, while it is also ideal for reducing oiliness and dandruff in the hair.

CAUTION! Do not ingest it. Sage essential oil is very strong and in large quantities can cause toxicity.
